Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Oversee and manage daily delivery operations, including planning, implementation, and execution to ensure smooth workflows.

Ensure operational processes meet client expectations, providing timely and accurate deliveries.

Conduct training programs for new workers to ensure they are familiar with company procedures and safety practices.

Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to remain compliant with industry standards.

Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt service recovery and continuous improvement.

Review existing processes to identify areas for performance enhancements and operational efficiency.

Promote and maintain a positive, healthy, and safe work environment for all employees.

Step in to assist with deliveries, driving when required, and handling goods safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely handle, load, and deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring the secure transportation of items.

Drive responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and safe driving practices at all times.

Follow and enforce safe work procedures, ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards during deliveries.

Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle, ensuring routine checks are performed.

Stay familiar with Singapore roads for efficient navigation and delivery.

Assist with the manual handling of heavy items and operate pallet jacks as needed (training provided).

Job Qualifications:

have considerable experience on training staff and leadership.

Possess a valid Class 3/4 driving license with no adverse driving records.

Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.

Physically fit, able to manage the manual handling of heavy items.

Willingness to learn and operate pallet jacks (training will be provided).

Familiarity with Singapore's road network is advantageous.
