Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities: -Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. -Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels. -Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process. -Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. -Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

-1+ year of experience in HR Recruitment. -Previous experience in the logistics/shipping industry is a MUST. -Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. -Good communication and interviewing skills. -Good command of English. -Strong organizational and follow-up skills. -Good Excel skills and ability to prepare recruitment reports.
