Network Planning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze branch-level KPIs and performance
- Handle branch operational challenges and troubleshooting
- Assign and follow up on daily operational tasks
- Coordinate with branches, Area Managers & Central Operations
- Prepare performance reports and identify improvement areas
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency
-2–4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Last-Mile/Express Delivery or Network Management -Experience in branch operations, courier supervision & KPI tracking
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
