Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and control quality performance across logistics operations, including RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transportation processes.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure operational activities comply with company standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
- Provide real-time feedback on site operational issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
- Analyze quality data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the achievement of key operational KPIs, including quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Assist in monitoring operational costs and revenue achievement while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare quality reports, conduct regular audits, and present improvement recommendations to management.
- Support quality training and promote quality awareness across operational teams.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse management or similar roles with proven leadership skills
- Degree in logistics, supply chain or business-related field preferred, high school diploma required
- Proficient in WMS, Ms office and inventory management tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong project management capabilities, including outstanding decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in English
