Site Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys to collect accurate measurements and layout data for new hub development and expansion projects.
2. Create and update technical drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
3. Monitor and evaluate equipment layout, utilization, and space planning within the site.
4. Collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Provide improvement suggestions based on on-site assessments and data analysis.
6. Support planning documentation and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
7. Travel frequently to different regions to oversee site surveys and planning activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
3. Experience in equipment layout monitoring and facility planning is preferred.
4. Skilled in using measuring tools for building surveys and capable of improving architectural drawings.
5. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
6. Able to adapt to frequent business trips across the country.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
