Your tasks
- Maintain and manage accounting ledgers by accurately and promptly posting all financial transactions.
- Review and analyze daily financial activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare monthly financial statements accurately and deliver them within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Support audit and tax processes by preparing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized for easy access and reference.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth interdepartmental workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff in daily operations and reporting.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Fluent in English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferable from Big 4/10
- Experience in public accounting or a similar role in a corporate setting.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
