After Sales Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and service issues in Mandarin and English.
2. Provide product support, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance.
3. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
4. Handle warranty, return, and replacement requests based on company procedures.
5. Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
6. Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
7. Maintain service records and prepare related reports.
8. Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Mandarin proficiency at HSK 4 or above.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
3. Experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support is preferred.
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
5. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
7. Familiarity with CRM or customer service tools is a plus.
