Sales Controller (m/f/d) Sales Analytics and Pricing
YOUR TASKS
You develop concepts for sales controlling and implement them successfully. You evaluate complex numerical data using Business Intelligence tools or Excel and derive sound recommendations for action. You support and coordinate sales budget planning and carry out continuous monitoring as well as variance management. You record and analyze sales data, KPIs, and create forecasts – monitoring deviations and deriving measures with the sales departments. You analyze price, margin, and discount developments and derive sound recommendations for action. You further develop pricing processes and standardize them in the sense of Pricing Excellence. You report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a degree with a technical or economic focus. You have already been able to gain initial professional experience, ideally in an internationally active medium-sized industrial company. You have experience in the field of sales management and controlling and are able to apply these in a targeted manner. You have a high willingness to learn and self-motivation to familiarize yourself with complex pricing and process structures. You work in a structured manner and always view topics with foresight. You are willing to travel internationally. You have fluent English skills to communicate successfully in an international environment.
