Finance Trainee

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist with monthly performance reviews, management reports, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support senior analysts in preparing annual budgets, cost allocations, and multi-year planning.
• Operations & Reconciliations: Help with month-end closings, accounts payable/receivable follow-ups, and expense reviews.
• Process Automation: Leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven workflows to streamline manual reconciliations and reporting.
