BIM Modeler

We are looking for a BIM Revit Modeller to join our M&E consultancy team, producing accurate, coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing/fire protection) from design intent through construction documentation
• Produce 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models
• Support clash detection and BIM coordination (Navisworks) with other design disciplines
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and company/industry standards
• Manage model files and version control within CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• 2–5 years' experience as a Revit MEP modeller, ideally in an M&E consultancy
• Proficiency in Revit MEP; working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
