Business Analyst

You will join a project being developed from scratch, the goal of which is to create a new solution automating the process of creating change tickets in ServiceNow and ProTech environments. The system will integrate dependency management and DevSecOps areas, supporting effective change management in the organization. This is a role with a significant impact on the product's shape, conducted in close cooperation with the business, technology teams, and key stakeholders.

Location: Kraków, hybrid 3 x per week from the office.

Daily tasks

• Gathering, analyzing, and refining business requirements.
• Conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Creating User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensuring requirement quality according to INVEST principles.
• Modeling business processes and preparing UML diagrams.
• Collaborating with the development team in a Scrum/Kanban environment.
• Supporting planning, refinements, and backlog management.
• Data analysis using SQL.
• Documenting requirements and maintaining documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborating on the implementation of new functionalities and system integrations.

Requirements

Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Experience in IT projects or an enterprise environment.

Very good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Practical knowledge of SQL. Experience in creating User Stories and Epics. Knowledge of business process modeling and UML. Experience working in Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with the business, developers, and stakeholders. Very good command of the English language. Nice to have Knowledge of ServiceNow, DevSecOps, or Change Management areas. Participation in projects related to IT process automation.
