Title:Customer Service / Sales Representative
Prerequisites:Completion of High School, 2-3 years Retail experience, Dependable Transportation.
Reports to:Store Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:Providing customer service, estimating material costs, Product knowledge / design ideas, processing orders through POS terminal, handling phone calls, scheduling customer deliveries, assisting in inventory maintenance, cash handling and maintain building/grounds cleanliness.
Duties Include (however are not limited to):
- Customer Service
- Maintaining a clean /safe workplace
- Feeding and Maintaining Fish and ponds
- Maintaining water features/fountains and products
- Handling phone calls and delivering interoffice mail and messages
- Cash handling
- POS transactions
- Filing daily invoices and paperwork
- Ensuring all displayed product is accurately priced and tagged
- Maintaining building and grounds cleanliness
- Estimating material costs
- Scheduling customer deliveries
- Creative Design consulting
- Maintaining accurate inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
