They produce and supply pastries, breads, and confections to retail, corporate, and wholesale customers. About the role Full-Time Baker to join our café kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for baking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities Prepare, measure, and organise ingredients according to recipes

Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked products

Assist with daily food preparation and overall kitchen operations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations

Ensure consistency in food quality and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Monitor ingredient usage, stock rotation, and proper storage

Assist with other kitchen duties when required

About you Minimum 2 years of formal baking experience is required

Strong hands-on experience in baking cakes, pastries, and other baked goods

Passionate about baking with good attention to detail

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable standing and working for extended periods

Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
