Service Crew
Our group is expanding and seeking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew members.
As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in our restaurant. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and are eager to start your career in the hospitality industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding food and beverages items
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer
- Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Hospitality / F&B industry is an advantage
- Self-drive and process good learning attitude
- Independent and able to multitask
- Students who are waiting for results or NS enlistment are welcome to apply
- Candidate without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
