Bilingual Local Support Technician (M/F)

Izzytech is recruiting for one of its clients a bilingual N2 local support technician whose missions will be:

Ensure N2 local IT support for users Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. Take charge of incidents requiring level 2 expertise. Support users in an international context, mainly in English. Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac environments. Participate in the management and support of workstations via Microsoft Intune. Intervene on Microsoft Azure / Azure AD environments. Provide technical support and assistance to other local technicians in resolving complex incidents. Identify the causes of incidents and implement appropriate corrective actions. Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and service quality. Document incidents and the solutions provided in ticketing tools. Collaborate with infrastructure, systems, and other IT teams. Technical Environment

Good mastery of the following environments is expected: Microsoft Azure / Azure AD Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Environment Windows Workstations Mac / macOS Environment Support and incident management tools Management of workstations and peripherals via MDM
