Site Manager Industry (m/f) (M/F)

We are looking for a Plant Manager / Site Manager (m/f) to lead the operations of an industrial site and guarantee a level of performance in line with our customers' expectations.

As the true conductor of the site's activities, you will ensure the coordination of production operations, unite teams around performance objectives, and ensure the quality of the service delivered. You will be the operational point of contact for the client and contribute to establishing a lasting relationship of trust through your proximity, reactivity, and sense of service.

About the mission

• Lead and coordinate production activities on one or more client sites.
• Organize human and material resources to guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and service quality.
• Manage, animate, and support field teams (recruitment, integration, training, skill development).
• Plan activities and manage production contingencies to ensure continuity of service.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPI) and implement the necessary actions to achieve objectives.
• Guarantee compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements, client standards, and internal procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, LPA, problem solving, action plans).
• Ensure the follow-up of quality and safety incidents until their closure.
• Ensure proper administrative management and follow-up of reporting and operational management tools.
• Develop a relationship of trust with clients, guarantee their satisfaction, and be proactive in proposing ways to improve service performance.
• Provide regular reporting to Management on activity, results, and areas for improvement.

Remuneration: 17.58 EUR per hour Base weekly hourly volume: 35 hours per week Benefits:

Profile sought

• Bac +4 or higher in production, quality, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of the automotive sector
• Mastery of the Office pack
• Mastery of the English language: English level B1
• Required knowledge: automotive sector or other industry, industrial processes, team management, audit techniques, metrology, reading blueprints, securing and retrofit techniques, Office pack, problem-solving tools such as 8D/5S
• Experience: More than 5 years
