Maritime Transport Operations Manager (m/f) (m/f)

About the mission

In collaboration with the sales department and the customs department, you:

• Supervise and manage all maritime transit operations (import/export) of the agency while respecting deadlines and client requirements,
• Manage and supervise the team on a daily basis by ensuring regular performance monitoring and skill development
• Ensure proper coordination between the various stakeholders (shipping companies, freight forwarders, ports, customs, clients, suppliers, carriers)
• Monitor and evolve processes, and identify areas for improvement - You handle and manage disputes and claims

Profile sought

• Education level Bac +2 to Bac +5 in transport, logistics, or international trade
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in maritime transit
• Management experience is desired
• Professional English is indispensable (daily international exchanges)

Technical skills:

• Expertise in international maritime transport
• Mastery of maritime documents (Bill of Lading, letters of credit.)
• Mastery of INCOTERMS
• Good mastery of IT tools
• Knowledge of the port CCS S'ONE and the TIMAD application.

• Composure and ability to manage unforeseen events (management of maritime unforeseen events)
• Experience: More than 5 years
