Production Equipment Maintenance Engineer (M/F)

We are recruiting an Industrial System Engineer (M/F) to work on a high-tech industrial program in the space sector.

Within a production unit, you will play a key role in processing non-conformities and guaranteeing the technical compliance of delivered products. Acting as a true interface between production teams, design offices, and the client, you will contribute to industrial performance and continuous improvement.

About the mission

• Lead the analysis and processing of non-conformities detected in production.
• Coordinate resolution actions in order to limit production stoppages.
• Ensure the technical interface with design teams and experts when necessary.
• Prepare and write deviation files, providing technical arguments for choices to the client.
• Follow up on corrective action plans and ensure the prevention of recurrences.
• Participate in monitoring technical evolutions of products and support their implementation in production.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in order to optimize industrial performance.

• Day shift

Remuneration & Benefits

Remuneration: 45,000 EUR - 50,000 EUR per year

Benefits:

• 10% end-of-mission indemnity (IFM) + 10% paid leave (CP) bonus

Profile sought

Holding a Bac+5 (Engineering School or Master 2) in mechanics, aeronautics, space, or materials, you have a successful first experience or proven experience in a demanding industrial environment.

You master:

• Failure analysis and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why.).
• Reading mechanical drawings and understanding technical files.
• Writing technical documents and managing corrective actions in connection with multidisciplinary teams.

You have fluent English, which is indispensable in an international technical environment.
