About the mission

As the true conductor of the establishment, you will take charge of the operational, administrative, financial, commercial, and human management of a hotel. You will report directly to the President and benefit from a wide delegation of power.

Strategy & Commercial Development:

• Develop and manage the pricing policy (accommodation, catering, rooms)
• Develop sales, build customer loyalty, manage social media and the website
• Manage relationships with booking platforms (Booking, TO, tourist authorities)
• Ensure market monitoring to constantly adapt offers

Financial & Budgetary Management:

• Establish and monitor the annual budget, control costs, analyze turnover
• Manage cash flow, accounting, and investments

Management & Human Resources:

• Recruit, train, and lead permanent and seasonal teams (reception, catering, accommodation)
• Define the organization and operating rules of the structure
• Manage schedules and job profiles

Operations & Operational:

• Supervise the smooth running of the establishment 24/7
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and fire safety standards
• Manage the maintenance and investment program

Work Rhythm:

• Day work
• Split shifts
• Work on Sundays and public holidays
• Weekend work

Remuneration & Benefits

Remuneration: 50,000 EUR - 55,000 EUR per year Benefits:

Profile sought

• Education Bac +5: Master in tourism/hotel management or Sup de Co with a specialization in hospitality
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality-catering or tourism
• Holder of a restaurant operating license (permis d'exploitation)
• Electrical authorization and first aid training (defibrillator)
• Professional English indispensable - 2nd foreign language appreciated
• Sensitivity to the Catholic environment and associative functioning

• Rigor, organization, initiative-taking
• High availability (staggered hours, weekend work)
• Autonomy and expertise in law, economics, and management
• Experience: More than 5 years
