Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product team. You will play a key role in defining, building, and evolving our B2B SaaS products, collaborating closely with tech, business, and data teams. Our product context: iziwork is already deployed in 3 countries: France, Italy, and the United States. Our product ecosystem is composed of 3 main platforms: a client site for companies, a B2B SaaS solution for mission management, a mobile application for candidates. Your responsibilities: Here is what Product Managers at Iziwork focus on daily:

Understand friction points and user needs through qualitative and quantitative research. We are data-driven and work hand in hand with all user groups. Build and develop your product vision in collaboration with the Design team, based on collected data and a constantly updated design culture. Contribute to the product discovery phase to evaluate and define what needs to be built. Transform your knowledge and insights into clear messaging expressing user needs. Ensure that your team and stakeholders understand and adhere to this vision through continuous communication. 2 and build it well" Work closely with your squad to find the best solution to achieve identified objectives and ensure that features are intuitive, easy to implement, and consistent with the existing design. Explain the logic behind your decisions to all stakeholders via a clear and efficient process. Continuously maintain and improve the existing design system. Prototype and test your solutions with real users. Ensure that all delivered designs respect accessibility standards. Collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire production cycle to guarantee the best quality at launch. Communicate all important information quickly, ask for help when necessary, and learn fast. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Design Significant experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product managers, etc.) to define, build, and maintain products Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Very good mastery of design tools (mainly Figma, with some Adobe Suite for motion design elements) Passion for user-centered design and visual excellence Ability to innovate and stay focused Professional English mandatory (spoken and written).
