Accounting Controller (m/f) (M/F)

About the mission

As an Accounting Controller, you will be working as part of a replacement. In this capacity, you will ensure the continuity, supervision, and management of financial operations in collaboration with the relevant departments. You will play a key role in implementing processes and tools for monitoring costs and savings, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards. Your ability to analyze financial performance and develop strategic recommendations will be essential to maintaining the department's momentum during this period.

Accounting:

• Control accounts, analyze variations, and alert management
• Prepare monthly and annual closings and participate in the preparation of financial statements
• Identify and manage the accounting life cycle of fixed assets
• Manage month-end provisions
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations (VAT, declarations, tax returns).
• Advise the Group accounting department and other departments on accounting matters
• Participate in projects within the department (electronic invoicing, tool evolution, etc.) in connection with other company departments
• Implement procedures aimed at improving accounting entries and monitoring
• Perform Déclarations d'Echanges de Biens (DEB)

Management Control

• Prepare analyses on the evolution of production costs
• Monitor project costs in collaboration with project managers
• Ad hoc ROI calculations

Remuneration: 2,833 EUR per month Base weekly working hours: 36 hours per week Benefits:

Profile sought

• BAC +2/+3 (BTS comptabilité - gestion, DCG)
• 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in the industrial sector
• Mastery of accounting and tax techniques and regulations
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) indispensable
• Mastery of the Office pack, particularly Excel at an advanced level, and an ERP (SAP ideally)
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor in data processing
• Proactive approach
• Good capacity for cross-functional work and communication adaptation
• Experience: More than 5 years
