Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship and effective cost control. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage project schedules, resources and site activities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Oversee fit-out works, including carpentry, finishes and M&E coordination.

Monitor progress, resolve site issues and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Manage project budgets, variations and subcontractor performance.

Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress reports.

Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Manage inspections, handover documentation and defects rectification.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience managing interior fit-out projects.

Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications.

Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Experience in commercial, retail, office or F&B projects preferred.

Proficient in MS Office & project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD familiarity an advantage)
