Your tasks

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and networking; build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients; and manage customer expectations, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

You will identify new opportunities, negotiate and close deals and be working alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales team.

Requirements

Are you an experienced and commercially focused Sales Consultant who is keen to join a growing business?

Do you have proven experience with new business development, increasing sales and expanding a customer base within the Property and Lettings sector?

Do you thrive on cold calling, generating your own leads, and closing deals with confidence?

Previous experience using CRM and sales tracking systems is essential as well as having excellent interpersonal skills and a customer centric approach.

Skills required

• Proven sales experience (phone and in person)
• Experience working within the Property, Real Estate or Estate Agency sectors
• Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in generating and managing your own leads
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools
• Customer centric approach and able to maintain strong relationships.
