IT Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) (IT System Administrator)

What You Will Do With Us

We are not looking for a classic "System Admin" role, but rather someone who excels in daily IT operations and lives the DevOps mindset. You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, think beyond team boundaries, and want to build an infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and future-proof.

• Operation & availability of our productive infrastructure (Kubernetes, Network, Storage)
• Automation of infrastructure processes with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or similar
• Monitoring & Observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Cribl.io
• Troubleshooting & Incident Response in production-like environments
• Co-designing self-service platforms, GitOps and Developer Enablement
• Continuous optimization of infrastructure, security, costs and performance
• Close cooperation with SRE and DevOps colleagues across team boundaries
• Active participation in migrations, e.g., VMware → Nutanix or Fortigate → Palo Alto, IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code)

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of experience in operational IT operations (Network, Server, Virtualization)
• Sound knowledge of Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and Observability
• Experience working with multi-cloud/hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, OVH, gcore)
• Hands-on mentality and high quality standards
• Ideally programming skills in Golang or Python
• Very good English skills are required. Good German skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
