Your area of responsibility includes:

Strategic further development of electrical and automation engineering in close cooperation with the relevant specialist departments

Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the promotion of a small but fine team

Overall responsibility for the electrical and control engineering implementation of demanding customer projects from planning to commissioning, including independent, operational project execution

Control and coordination of all activities within ongoing projects, involving external partners

Cross-departmental active support for electrical engineering issues and complex tasks throughout all project phases

Impulse generator for innovations, digitalization, and the continuous optimization of processes and standards

You qualify for this position with:

Completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation engineering (HTL, FH, university, or similar)

Several years of professional experience in electrical or automation engineering in an industrial environment with initial leadership experience

Basic know-how in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley; experience in the field of field sensor technology is an advantage

Interest in modern automation and digitalization solutions as well as industrial sensor technology

High communication skills, organizational talent, and decisiveness

Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally
