Project Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

To support our growth, we are looking for our future Project Manager (M/F). Reporting directly to the Operational Management, your objectives will be to guarantee customer satisfaction and project profitability, while ensuring compliance with commitments (costs, deadlines, scope). You have experience in several business domains.

• Tailor-made management: you manage your projects from A to Z, from estimation to resource planning, including production monitoring.
• Management and mentoring: you supervise the development team, support their skill development, and do not hesitate to contribute to development to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Client relations: you are a true partner and ensure that deliverables meet their expectations.
• Pre-sales: you know how to identify risks and can support the sales team during pre-sales phases.

Requirements

• Education and experience: you have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science with 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Methodology: you work using Agile methods and demonstrate intellectual flexibility to evolve in a multi-project environment.
• AI: you are comfortable with tools integrating AI (prompting, MCP, etc.) and apply confidentiality best practices.
• Technical foundation: you are able to understand object-oriented programming (Java, C#, kotlin, rust, TypeScript, etc.), and you are comfortable with architecture patterns.
• Languages: you have a professional level of English, you are comfortable writing documents, you can hold a conversation with a client, and you know how to prompt in English.
• Leadership and communication: you know how to unite a team, convince, and maintain fluid relationships both internally and externally.
• Organization and proactivity: you have a sense of rigor and anticipation, and the ability to maintain a high-level perspective when facing unforeseen events.
