Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer with deep C++ expertise to drive the performance and evolution of our inspection software. You will play a dual role: maintaining our high-performance C++ core while leading the transition toward next-generation AI-powered modules. You will be the bridge between hardware and software, collaborating with system engineers to ensure seamless integration and high-speed scalability. Key Responsibilities Core Development: Maintain and optimize our high-performance, C++ based vision inspection software. AI Integration: Design, build, and integrate Machine Learning (ML) modules to enhance defect detection accuracy. System Optimization: Add new functionalities, including advanced inspection logic and intuitive UI enhancements. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex software bottlenecks and deployment challenges. Innovation: Support the R&D of future AI-integrated solutions and system upgrades. Deployment: Assist in on-site or remote system deployment to ensure stability in production environments. Qualifications Technical Core: Expert proficiency in C++ (Mandatory). Environment: Experience with Visual Studio and Windows-based application development. Education/Experience: Open to fresh graduates with strong coding fundamentals or experienced engineers with a background in Image Processing or Computer Vision. Machine Learning: Basic to advanced knowledge of ML/AI concepts. Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a significant plus. Problem Solving: A proven ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize software-hardware integration. Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, self-motivated, and a collaborative mindset. Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred) to collaborate with regional teams in China, Singapore, and Malaysia.
