As a Business Consultant Customer Experience, you are the interface between customer, product, and technology – with the goal of designing customer experiences that inspire. You will work on varied projects in the SAP and CRM environment and accompany our customers in the digitalization of their sales and service processes. After targeted induction, you will take on responsibility – from (partial) project management to the independent support of customer projects. You combine classic SAP processes (e.g., SD/MM, Business Partner, quotations, orders) with modern technologies and frontends. You work closely with development to turn ideas into practical solutions. You support our product management with your knowledge from customer projects in the further development of our itmX solutions. You actively contribute – with your ideas, your experience, and your ability to think outside the box. You have at least 3 years of experience in the SAP environment, especially with the modules SD, CS and preferably also MM You know the underlying processes and the customizing (for example, regarding SAP Business Partner and adjacent SD processes such as quotation and order management) You have a good sense for business processes and understand how to map them efficiently in SAP systems You are technically savvy and eager to dive deep into our itmX solution world and continuously expand your SAP knowledge. You bring curiosity and openness to new topics – e.g., regarding AI, automation, and modern CX technologies You enjoy working in a team but also take responsibility for your own topics and projects You enjoy communicating with customers, understanding processes, and providing solution-oriented consulting You have good English skills and are willing to travel occasionally And above all: You are excited about projects, people, and change in a constantly growing team Our motto: Expertise can be learned – passion, attitude, and curiosity will take you further with us.
