You are not on the sidelines, but in the middle of the business. Together with our Managing Consultants, you will contribute from the very first commercial conversation to complex IT deals, legal risks, and the best solution for our customers.

You are involved in all legal aspects of a deal. You advise on commercial contracts, monitor legal standards, and contribute to risk management. The issues are broad: from framework agreements with large corporates to SaaS subscription agreements, privacy cases, supplier agreements, insurance, and other legal issues that belong to an innovative IT organization. In doing so, you will receive a lot of responsibility and the space to further develop yourself.

What will you do?

You are the legal sparring partner of our Managing Consultants during commercial trajectories. You help the business move forward by translating legal risks into practical advice and ensure a good balance between commercial interests and legal quality.

You work on diverse commercial agreements and are involved in all legal aspects of a deal. Together with the General Counsel, you monitor and develop the legal standards within Itility and contribute to topics such as AI, GDPR, digital sovereignty, and the protection of our software and intellectual property. Compliance is part of the job! Most documents are in English!
