Electronics Program Manager

• Electronics Eco-System Development

o Develop and manage national programs supporting; Electronics design, Embedded systems development; Hardware innovation, AI hardware; etc. o Strengthen collaboration between universities, startups, and industry.

• Innovation Program Management

o Design and oversee the enablement programs for electronics design and innovation o Overseeing the operation of technology innovation labs o Maintaining technical aspects in development programs o Support conversion of university research into commercial products o Industry-sponsored design challenges

• Industry Collaboration and Partnerships

o Engage global electronics companies to Sponsor design programs, Establish joint labs, Mentor startups and Transfer technical know-how o Build partnerships between Egyptian design houses and international firms o Launch specialized training programs and align skill development with industry needs o Support Bilateral cooperation programs with different stakeholders

• Program Governance and Delivery – EME Initiative

o Define program objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs. o Manage implementation across multiple executing partners. o Monitor performance and ensure achievement of strategic outcomes. o Prepare executive periodical progress reports.

+10 years or more experience in Electronics Industry Development

+5 years in technological multi-programs management

Good knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle

Good knowledge of financial and procurement practices.

Technical knowledge of technology transfer processes

Experience in maintaining the coordination with governmental agencies

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
