Workplace Architect

Work location: 100% remote from within Poland

Start: ASAP (preferred max. 14 calendar days notice period)

Cooperation: B2B with ITFS (without paid leave)

Remuneration: 160-200 PLN/h + VAT

Daily tasks

• Analysis and assessment of the existing Modern Workplace and Client IT environment
• Preparing documentation, concepts, and the target architecture of the workplace environment
• Designing solutions covering M365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Client, Virtualization/VDI, Collaboration, and Endpoint Security
• Close cooperation with the IT Migration Architect in designing and implementing migrations
• Leading the end-to-end design and migration process from analysis to handover to maintenance
• Planning and coordinating tests and verifying the correctness of implemented solutions
• Coordinating integration with related systems and technical dependencies
• Coordinating work between internal teams and external service providers
• Monitoring work progress, reporting status, risks, and implementation quality
• Identifying migration risks and issues along with defining mitigating actions
• Supporting the transition into operations process and handing over services to maintenance teams
• Advising on technological standards, development roadmaps, and lifecycle management of the workplace environment
• Preparing final technical documentation, reports, and post-implementation materials
• Active participation in project meetings, technical workshops, and architectural sessions
• Independent organization of work and cooperation with key stakeholders

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position

Documented experience in the area of Modern Workplace, Client IT, and endpoint security

Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Client

Experience in Virtualization / VDI as well as collaboration and endpoint security solutions

Experience in implementing large and complex IT projects and end-to-end workplace environment migrations

Experience in enterprise operations environments and multi-location organizations

Experience in multi-provider environments and coordinating work among multiple vendors

Ability to design target architecture and create technical documentation

Knowledge of architectural methodologies

Experience in managing risk, quality, change, and stakeholders

Knowledge of technological standards, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management

Ability to cooperate with architects, technical teams, business, and vendors

Independence and high organizational skills

English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level
