POSITION: Test Manager

Work location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP

Cooperation form: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 160-180 PLN/h + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical and project interview -> Decision

Daily tasks

Designing and supervising the software development and testing lifecycle
Defining Quality Gates and quality KPI indicators
Ensuring process compliance and implementing improvements regarding their quality
Ensuring traceability and consistency between work products and configuration management elements
Release Management activities, including defining release scope, verifying readiness, formal sign-off, and communication management
Conducting peer reviews in the area of QA-related activities
Conducting quality audits in projects
Active stakeholder expectation management, resource allocation, and resolving potential priority conflicts
Leading diverse, often distributed teams
Building effective working relationships directly with clients
Ongoing contact with clients to maintain and develop business relationships and ensure timely project delivery
Efficient change management and rapid response to changes in a dynamic environment
Active participation in Business Development activities, helping to identify and explore new market opportunities with existing and new clients

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in project/product delivery management (Delivery Management)

Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of popular project management methodologies and standards (PMI PMBOK®, AGILE PM)

Documented successes in delivering projects in an international environment

Very good knowledge of the software delivery process

Ability to follow through on tasks and meet tight deadlines, while taking responsibility for their execution and maintaining high quality at every stage

Fluency and confidence in working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Developed interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in contact with technical and non-technical recipients in geographically distributed teams

Fluent English proficiency in speaking and writing

Ability to build and develop lasting relationships at all levels of the organization

Excellent time management and a high level of personal organization

Nice to have:

Conducting large-scale multi-platform testing – from the strategy stage to execution.
