POSITION: Technical Leader/System Architect

Workplace: Warsaw (Hybrid) - 3 days a week from the Client's office

Start: ASAP

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 180-215 PLN/h + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter -> Recruitment interview with the Manager on the Client's side -> Decision

Daily tasks

  • Designing the new Zgłoszenia Szkody system and documenting system architecture,
  • Building the system from scratch in a distributed microservices architecture,
  • Participating in the development of feasibility analyses and implementation assumptions for system development,
  • Determining the direction of system development, ensuring technological standards and the quality of delivered code,
  • Estimating the effort required for programming and architectural work, as well as resource requirements for task completion,
  • Assigning development tasks, supervising implementation work, performing code reviews, and creating technical documentation,
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of operational and security requirements in the delivered solutions,
  • Providing programming support during the creation, deployment, and stabilization of solutions.

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in designing and supervising system architecture,

Min. 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (claims domain preferred),

Very good knowledge of Java and Spring,

Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures,

Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices,

Experience working with cloud and infrastructure automation,

Ability to conduct code review, mentoring, and architectural workshops,

Experience in co-creating technological roadmaps and risk assessment,

Experience in end-to-end observability,

Practical knowledge of API governance,

Practical knowledge of DDD,

Experience with Event-Driven Architecture,

English language at a minimum level of B2,

Nice to have:

Experience with Agentic SDLC,

Experience in Multi-cloud strategies,

Advanced practical knowledge of DDD,

Cloud cost awareness,

Participation in defining technological standards within the organization.
