Daily tasks

  • Analysis of client business processes in the areas of finance, logistics, or production,
  • Designing and configuring solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in accordance with business requirements,
  • Conducting workshops with the client as well as gathering and analyzing requirements,
  • Advising on the optimization of business processes using the ERP system,
  • Preparing functional specifications for the development team,
  • Collaborating with developers on the design and testing of system extensions,
  • Planning the scope of work, estimating time consumption, and participating in project pricing,
  • Planning and executing data migrations from existing systems,
  • Testing implemented solutions and supporting users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
  • Training end users and preparing functional documentation,
  • Supporting the client during go-live and post-implementation,
  • Coordinating cooperation with the client and the project team, as well as mentoring less experienced team members.

Requirements

Professional experience at Mid or Senior level, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the areas of finance, logistics, or production, Good knowledge of the functional aspects of the system, supported by a solid understanding of business processes, preferably also with technical knowledge regarding the product, Experience in data migration and in project planning and pricing, Knowledge in the field of system development and expansion and knowledge of issues related to its modifications, Ability to program in AL, Strong leadership competencies and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, Higher education, English language proficiency at a level allowing for free communication. Nice to have: Communicative knowledge of German or another European language.
