Work location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max. 14 days notice period)

Cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Remuneration: 80-120 PLN/h + VAT (without paid leave)

Daily tasks

• Acting as a Scrum Master in an SAP S/4HANA implementation project according to the SAFe methodology
• Facilitating team work and supporting the application of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices
• Close cooperation with the Product Owner, development team, and Release Management team
• Organizing and conducting Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective)
• Monitoring work progress using Burndown Charts and Cumulative Flow Diagrams tools
• Identifying and removing impediments affecting team efficiency
• Supporting the team in creating User Stories, estimation, and Story Pointing
• Conducting workshops and training in the area of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Building effective communication and cooperation between Agile teams and teams working in a traditional model
• Creating an environment conducive to transparency, shared responsibility, and the continuous improvement process

Requirements

Min. 4-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master position (Mid/Senior)

Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies

Experience working on SAP implementation projects

Ability to conduct Agile ceremonies and analyze Burndown Charts and Cumulative Flow Diagrams indicators

Ability to support the team in creating User Stories, estimation, and Story Pointing

Experience in facilitation, removing impediments blocking the team, and conducting workshops

English language at an advanced level (min. B2/C1)

Must have: SAP, Kanban, SAFe, User stories, Agile, Scrum
