POSITION: SAP CPI Consultant

Work location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP / to be agreed

Cooperation form: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 160-210 PLN/h + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical-project interview with the Client -> Decision

Daily tasks

Designing, building, and implementing integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including adapters, mappings, error handling, and security artifacts,
Leading or participating in migration projects from PI/PO to CPI (interface assessment, migration, and verification),
Working in an Agile model (Scrum/SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task estimation,
Collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions,
Supporting integration scenarios in hybrid environments (cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise),
Integration with event streaming components (Kafka) and microservices (Quarkus),
Ensuring interface compliance with performance and security standards and providing post-implementation support,
Creating technical documentation, interface specifications, and mappings.

Requirements

Min. 5 years of general experience and practical experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) in building, implementing, and maintaining iFlows,

Knowledge of SAP ECC/ERP integration conditions (ABAP stack), ABAP code analysis, and ECC functional areas,

Experience in SAP IS-APIM for configuring providers and proxies using API Keys, OAuth2.0, and SSL,

Documented experience in migration projects from PI/PO to CPI,

Very good knowledge of integration patterns: REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData, EDI, B2B,

Knowledge of adapters (HTTP, SFTP, ProcessDirect, JDBC, Mail) and standard and custom mapping (Groovy scripting, XSLT),

Knowledge of security artifacts (OAuth, certificates, credential management),

Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or SAFe),

Very good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders,

English language at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

Experience in configuring and maintaining the BTP platform (subaccounts, entitlements, Cloud Connector),

Knowledge of Apache Kafka and the Quarkus framework (or other microservices in Java),

Experience in hybrid integration environments and knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization,

Possession of an SAP Integration Suite certificate,

Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry.
