POSITION: Proxy PO

Work location: Warsaw (Hybrid) - 3 days a week from the Client's office

Start: ASAP

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 130-170 PLN/h + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter -> Interview with the Manager on the Client's side -> Decision.

Daily tasks

• Defining and implementing the product vision and roadmap in line with business goals,
• Managing the product backlog and prioritization based on business value,
• Ensuring backlog transparency and effective communication of product priorities and goals to the team and stakeholders,
• Making product decisions and managing trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality,
• Conducting discovery and product development based on user needs and data,
• Defining product goals and success criteria for delivered functionalities and solutions,
• Managing stakeholders and influencing the direction of product development,
• Monitoring implementation and optimizing the business value of delivered solutions,
• Defining and analyzing product metrics (KPI, OKR, NPS),
• Collaborating with IT teams while taking technological constraints into account,
• Supporting the planning and implementation of product releases in cooperation with business and technical teams,
• Managing change and resolving conflicts between business and IT,
• Coordinating cooperation between business and technical areas to ensure consistency of implemented solutions,
• Responsibility for the end-to-end success of product implementations.

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in an analogous position,

Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry,

Experience in implementing at least 3 commercial products, including at least 1 in the insurance industry,

Creating and maintaining the product vision and roadmap in line with business goals,

Very good knowledge of the Product Owner role and the software development process,

Advanced product backlog management and prioritization based on business value,

Creating complete User Stories and breaking down requirements into releasable elements,

Very good knowledge of Scrum and practical cooperation with scrum teams,

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro tools,

Experience in designing, monitoring, and analyzing product metrics (TTM, ROI, revenue, KPI, OKR, NPS),

Possession of an Agile/Scrum certificate (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent),

Very good knowledge of technologies, including systems, API, integrations, and technological constraints,

Ability to conduct discovery activities, including research, workshops, and user needs analysis,

Experience in working with organizational resistance and managing change,

Strong decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,

Ability to make product decisions under uncertainty and manage trade-offs,

English language at a minimum B2 level,

Readiness to work in a hybrid mode in Warsaw (3 days from the office, 2 days remotely) and to provide services within the territory of Poland.

Nice to have:

Experience in implementing EIS or Guidewire class claims and benefits handling systems,

Cooperation with the UX area and understanding of design processes,

Basic knowledge of SQL and log analysis,

Ability to facilitate workshops (story mapping, event storming),

Knowledge of GA4 or similar tools,

Ability to implement an approach based on A/B testing, experiments, and conversion optimization,

Advanced Agile or Scaling certificates (PSM II, SAFe, LeSS),

Use of artificial intelligence in working with needs, the backlog, and the product.
