- Rate: up to 150 PLN net + VAT/h - depending on experience
- Recruitment process: phone interview with ITFS (approx. 20 min.) → technical interview → project interview → decision
Daily tasks
- Development and maintenance of data engineering solutions based on the Snowflake platform,
- Creating and developing ETL/ELT processes used for data ingestion, processing, and transformation,
- Designing and implementing SQL queries, views, and data structures in Snowflake,
- Integrating data from various sources and ensuring its proper quality,
- Monitoring the correct operation of data processing processes and resolving ongoing issues,
- Optimizing queries and processes in terms of performance and costs,
- Collaborating with the team on project tasks,
- Preparing technical documentation and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions,
- Participating in code review and applying good programming practices.
Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of experience working with the Snowflake platform in a similar position,
- Practical knowledge of Snowflake, especially working with data, tables, views, and database structures,
- Good knowledge of SQL and the ability to create and optimize queries,
- Experience in building and maintaining ETL/ELT data processing processes,
- Knowledge of issues related to data integration and transformation,
- Ability to work with large datasets and solve performance problems,
- Basic knowledge of cost optimization and Snowflake resource utilization,
- Experience working with the Git tool,
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud,
- Ability to perform tasks independently and solve technical problems,
- English language at a minimum of C1 level.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Python,
- Knowledge of the dbt tool or other tools supporting ETL/ELT processes,
- Knowledge of CI/CD in the context of developing data engineering solutions.
