Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Architect

Work location: Remote (with business trips to clients) Start: ASAP (subject to notice period) Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS Rate: 180- 230 PLN/h + VAT Recruitment process: Short phone call with ITFS recruiter -> Technical interview -> Business interview -> Optional interview with Managing Director -> Decision

Daily tasks

• Conducting comprehensive technical analyses of existing On-Premise environments at clients,
• Designing and implementing solutions in the area of traditional On-Premise and cloud architecture (Azure, GCP),
• Designing stable, secure, and scalable cloud architectures,
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team of engineers and architects,
• Building a work atmosphere based on empathy, trust, and open communication, as well as resolving conflicts,
• Ensuring the continuous development of employees' technical competencies,
• Engaging as an expert in key moments of many parallel projects conducted in a cross-functional model,
• Managing the technological scope of projects, schedules, and implementation priorities,
• Translating business requirements into specific IT architectures and solutions.

Requirements

Proven multi-year experience in the role of Architect or Senior Engineer, Practical knowledge of traditional IT infrastructure ( On-Premise: servers, virtualization, networks, storage, security ) and experience in its implementation, Experience in designing and implementing solutions in the public cloud ( Azure, GCP or others ) and knowledge of architectural patterns, Practical ability to manage projects and a technical team, Ability to work in a cross-functional model, efficiently dividing attention between different initiatives and setting priorities, A mature and empathetic approach to people and the ability to build authority through attitude and knowledge, Strong analytical skills, ease of knowledge transfer, and high communication competencies, English language at min. B2/C1 level (fluent business communication)
