Junior IT Recruiter

Your tasks

• Active searching for candidates in the IT industry using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, recruitment portals, technical forums, etc.)
• Collaboration with recruiters to define the candidate profile
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Building and managing a candidate database
• Initial screening of applications and contacting candidates
• Supporting the recruitment team in strategic activities

Requirements

• Experience in a Researcher, Sourcer, Recruiter role, or a similar position in the recruitment industry (preferred experience in IT recruitment)
• Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and roles (e.g., understanding the differences between backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Independence, good work organization, and a goal-oriented mindset
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Higher education or student status

*Salary: 4806 - 6500 PLN/month gross Workplace:** hybrid work from the office in Gdynia (two weeks of onboarding with 4 days in the office, then depending on results - maximum 3 days in the office)
