POSITION: Junior AWS Backend Developer

Work location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP

Cooperation type: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 80-100 PLN/h + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter -> Recruitment interview with the Client -> Decision

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, cloud-based backend applications on the AWS platform,
Creating and expanding backend services and API interfaces using Node.js or Python,
Managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using the Terraform tool,
Responsibility for the reliability, performance, and optimization of backend components and cloud infrastructure,
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues throughout the backend stack,
Developing the capabilities of the IoT platform supporting connected consumer devices,
Collaborating with architects, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions,
Ensuring software quality through code reviews, automated tests, monitoring, and the application of engineering best practices,
Co-creating and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Min. 1 year of practical experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/EKS),

Proficiency in programming in Node.js or Python in the context of creating backend solutions,

Solid experience in working with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles,

Deep understanding of REST API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on system reliability and scalability,

Experience working in Agile environments,

English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
