IT Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager

Work location: hybrid work (3 days a week from the client's office in Katowice) Start: according to Candidate availability Cooperation: UOP with the Client Salary: 20,000–23,000 PLN gross per month + bonuses

Daily tasks

• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's business goals
• Determining technological development directions and supervising IT enterprise architecture
• Initiating and coordinating key ventures related to digital transformation and the implementation of new technologies
• Monitoring strategic IT programs, projects, and initiatives and recommending solutions that support organizational development
• Building technological synergy between Group companies and cooperating with IT units, business, and management

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in the IT area, including experience in a managerial position or in a leader role responsible for strategic IT initiatives Practical knowledge in the field of Enterprise Architecture Experience in creating, developing, and implementing IT strategies linked to the organization's business goals Experience in leading or coordinating IT projects and programs as well as digital transformation initiatives Experience in managing a team of IT specialists Very good knowledge of current technologies, IT architecture, and trends related to digitalization and technological transformation Knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and solutions Experience in cooperating with the business and the ability to translate business needs into technological development directions Knowledge of communication and cooperation principles within large organizations Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability for analytical thinking, decision-making, and change management Very good knowledge of the English language, enabling free communication in speech and writing Higher education (Master's degree)
