Your tasks
- Active searching for candidates in the IT industry using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, recruitment portals, technical forums, etc.)
- Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
- Building and managing a candidate database
- Screening applications and contacting candidates
- Supporting the team in strategic activities
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an IT Recruiter role
- Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT technologies and roles
- Communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Independence, good work organization, and a goal-oriented mindset
- English language proficiency at least at B2 level
- Higher education or student status

*Salary: 5500-9800 PLN/month gross + bonuses Workplace:** hybrid work from the office in Gdynia (two weeks of onboarding with 4 days in the office, then depending on results - maximum 3 days in the office)
