Forward Deployment Engineer

Daily tasks

• Direct cooperation with clients, stakeholders, and implementation teams to understand business challenges
• Designing innovative solutions that meet clients' business needs
• Implementing enterprise-class platforms and applications
• Translating client requirements into scalable products and technological solutions
• Leading technical implementations and delivering measurable business value
• Bridging the perspective of product engineering with clients' business goals

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or technology roles involving direct client work
• Experience in implementing enterprise-class applications in regulated environments
• Proven track record of leading technical implementations and delivering measurable business value
• Experience working with LLM, RAG architectures, AI agents, vector databases, and creating GenAI applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model integration patterns
• Experience in implementing AI-based solutions in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Very good knowledge of REST API, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• English language at B2+/C1 level
