Your tasks
- Automation of deployments and development of Azure DevOps pipelines
- Deployment of SQL databases and migration of Azure Synapse deployments to YAML pipelines
- Building secure data infrastructure in Azure using Terraform
- Managing secrets, permissions, and deployment standards
- Collaborating on dbt integration and automation of quality controls
- Preparing disaster recovery plans and documenting solutions
- Training the client team and handing over platform maintenance
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in the DevOps area
- Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps YAML Pipelines and deployment automation
- Experience in deploying SQL databases using SSDT, dacpac, and sqlpackage
- Expert knowledge of Git and trunk-based development
- Experience in deploying Azure Synapse or Data Factory
- Knowledge of Azure networking, Key Vault, ADLS Gen2, managed identity, and Terraform
- Practical knowledge of dbt and T-SQL
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, data masking, and DORA metrics
- Ability to create simple tools in PowerShell or Python
- Ability for technical communication and team collaboration
- Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1)
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services sector or other regulated environments
- Experience working with cross-tenant managed identity
- Experience in executing projects in a fixed-price model
