Business Analyst

Daily tasks

• Modeling and documenting business processes, roles, competencies, data, and value chains
• Eliciting and analyzing business needs, requirements, and user stories, as well as supporting business experts and Product Owners
• Managing requirements and user stories throughout the system lifecycle and preparing business requirement specifications
• System analysis, identifying potential solutions, and supporting the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies
• Designing, validating, and testing business processes and identifying opportunities for their improvement
• Supporting change management, planning organizational changes, and preparing business architecture transformation roadmaps

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the IT area and minimum 5 years of project experience in a similar position or profile Possession of at least 2 certifications from among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Certified UML Professional at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent, or other internationally recognized certifications accepted by the Contracting Authority Having gone through at least one full software solution lifecycle Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN notation Knowledge of eliciting and analyzing requirements and user stories Knowledge of analytical and modeling notations, such as UML, including capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, and logical data model Proficiency in using modeling tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others Ability to create and effectively maintain analytical and design documentation Fluent knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements, and user stories English language proficiency at C1 level
