Your main responsibilities

• Provide expert support for business-critical applications, ensuring smooth operation and swift issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems proactively to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and deploy updates effectively.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to optimize knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Assist in incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Support infrastructure changes and upgrades in alignment with operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and French, translating technical language into understandable insights.

Requirements

You're ideal for this role if you have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is essential.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

It is a strong plus if you have

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or other industry-standard credentials.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools.
• Familiarity with database management and network concepts.

Language required for the role: English (Communicative), French (Proficient).
