Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, interaction, design thinking or product design with a track record of shipped products. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem-solving, user research methods, and design reasoning. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma. Knowledge: Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and mobile/web interface patterns. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to leadership and cross-functional peers. Education: Bachelor’s degree
