Requirements

Experience in desktop support, laptop deployment, or IT tech refresh projects.

Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.

Hands-on experience with Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience with device imaging, software deployment, and data migration is an advantage.

Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and support scheduled device refresh activities.
