System Analyst / Business Analyst

Requirements: ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field. ·         Minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. ·         Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements. ·         Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools. ·         Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. ·         Strong negotiation skill, good in time management and able to multi-tasking ·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Domain/ Technical Skills: ·         Familiarity with banking products (especially Credit Origination or related domains), banking/financial services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous. ·         Experience with Unix OS and Database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principles is a plus. ·         Basic working experience with job scheduler, putty, database access, online and batch integration protocols. ·         Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence Microsoft Project) is a plus.
